Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee operational reliability and incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, and customer success teams on cross-functional programs
  • Coordinate incident response and manage communication during platform issues, including post-incident reviews
  • Define and improve on-call processes and support escalation workflows, ensuring clear ownership and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical program or project management in a software or platform environment
  • Experience with incident intake, triage, response workflows, and post-incident reviews
  • Strong skills in cross-organizational communication and process change implementation
  • Proficient in Jira and GSuite; experience with Jira administration preferred
  • Must be a US citizen living within the United States
