Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager in Professional Services for the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex customer engagements by providing technical guidance to implementation teams
• Manage all aspects of programs, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources
• Act as the primary point of escalation for technical delivery issues and build trust with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical acumen and decision-making ability without hands-on coding experience
• Experience managing large, complex engagements and mitigating technical challenges
• Familiarity with BI, data management, and big data technologies is preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Must be clearable with the US Government
