Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Global Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake process for new asset requests and prioritize initiatives based on impact
• Drive usage of new tools through internal marketing and enablement campaigns
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and manage internal communications regarding asset updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Delivery Lead roles
• Experience in a Professional Services, Consulting, or SaaS Customer Success environment
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence)
• Comfortable working with technical engineers and understanding software/script development lifecycles
• Experience with Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) is preferred
