Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Labs initiatives, including AI/ML detection models and core engines
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between Labs, Engineering, QA, Product Management, and Field teams
• Manage program execution by defining plans, milestones, and success criteria while mitigating risks

Qualifications/Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a high-tech environment
• Proven track record working with highly technical teams in R&D, ML, or Platform Engineering
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern program management tools
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and research-to-production workflows
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
