Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical programs supporting sales enablement technology and readiness efforts
• Partner with internal enablement teams to support content development and training facilitation
• Coordinate training schedules and manage logistics for instructor-led sessions and workshops

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management
• Experience working with enablement, learning, or training teams
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience creating instructor-led training materials, preferably using Google Slides
• Experience scheduling and coordinating live training sessions
