Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead a new internal identity security program.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Phase 1 delivery from design finalization to production deployment
• Own cross-team coordination across multiple engineering teams
• Define and track program plan milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers

Required Qualifications

• Experience with PKI certificate lifecycle and CA hierarchy
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / OIDC and related authentication flows
• Experience with secrets management and certificate authority tooling
• Familiarity with Non-Human Identity (NHI) and workload identity concepts
• Proven track record in driving cross-team engineering programs to delivery
