Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager - Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs across various teams and provide transparent reporting to leadership
• Manage, mentor, and grow a small team of Project Managers to ensure high-quality execution across workstreams
• Define program charters, objectives, success criteria, and timelines while managing project constraints and ensuring alignment across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical program and project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Technical fluency in software development, infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Experience with program management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is preferred
