Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of large-scale AI/ML programs ensuring timely delivery of solutions
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting on outcomes and ROI

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with 5+ years in AI/ML initiatives
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programs with global teams
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and LLM ecosystems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Deep expertise in RAG and Agentic AI systems, vector databases, and LLM fine-tuning techniques
