Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to support the Supply Chain department by coordinating system implementations and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of enterprise-level Order Management Systems (OMS) within supply chain operations
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure system stability and scalability
• Lead system enhancement initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts across the platform

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role such as Tech Lead, Architect, or similar
• Strong understanding of systems thinking, data flows, and hybrid/on-prem environments
• Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing large-scale enterprise systems
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, GitHub, Azure, PostgreSQL, Dynatrace, and MQFTE
