Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager, AI Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and next-gen AI features
• Manage cross-organizational programs related to observability, regression prevention, and performance forums
• Oversee performance metrics across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE
• Hands-on experience with load, stress, and performance testing for SaaS products
• Familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD and test automation in performance testing
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and capacity planning
