Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the evolution of their Trade and Risk Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to define and execute the trade, risk, and operations roadmap
Enhance the trading experience and optimize customer experience related to risk and trading
Build and manage tools for Risk Operations teams to independently update rules and manage queues

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Program Management experience in Fintech, Risk, Financial Operations, or Payments
Deep understanding of APIs, SQL, and Machine Learning decisioning engines
Experience in building risk platforms with a customer-centric approach
Ability to lead agile teams and articulate complex trade-offs to stakeholders
Expertise in data analysis to balance risk postures and customer experience
