Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on data operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between clients, internal delivery teams, and Product/Engineering teams to translate client needs into actionable plans
• Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvement and documenting knowledge for scalability
• Coordinate and manage diverse projects, ensuring quality standards and delivery timelines are met while providing leadership to project teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or Client/Account Leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple enterprise accounts or technical programs simultaneously
• Proven executive-level reporting skills, such as EBR, MBR, or QBR
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Trello
• Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complex data and client compliance frameworks
