Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee the delivery of complex integration projects for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-month customer integration projects from kickoff through go-live
• Coordinate cross-functionally with various teams to scope requirements and manage project timelines
• Design and refine integration delivery frameworks and track program metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management or solutions delivery within an enterprise SaaS or infrastructure environment
• Proven experience managing complex integration or deployment programs with external enterprise customers
• Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, product, sales, and customer teams simultaneously
• Experience building program structures from scratch in fast-growing companies
