Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee the execution of complex initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate development efforts across multiple products and integration points
• Support the development of detailed program delivery roadmaps and monitor overall progress
• Collaborate with functional managers to determine program needs and facilitate software adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4-5 years of project management experience with knowledge of software delivery practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe
• Possess or currently pursuing SAFe Agilist and project management certifications (PMI, PMP)
• Healthcare experience preferred
