Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical programs for strategic customer success, ensuring successful launches and post-launch support
- Act as the primary interface between key customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and aligning on delivery timelines
- Define success metrics for customer programs and work with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in leading enterprise software implementations or Professional Services delivery
- Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments from kickoff to production launch
- Demonstrated success in managing scope, SOW execution, and customer escalations
- Technical fluency in cloud architectures, API/SDK integrations, and enterprise technical ecosystems
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on representing customer needs internally
