Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical programs for strategic customer success, ensuring successful launches and post-launch support
  • Act as the primary interface between key customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and aligning on delivery timelines
  • Define success metrics for customer programs and work with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in leading enterprise software implementations or Professional Services delivery
  • Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments from kickoff to production launch
  • Demonstrated success in managing scope, SOW execution, and customer escalations
  • Technical fluency in cloud architectures, API/SDK integrations, and enterprise technical ecosystems
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on representing customer needs internally
