• Manage the operational cadence for the Toolchain team and ensure predictable shipping of outcomes
• Oversee the relationship with Apple, facilitating communication and meetings with the Swift core team
• Drive the growth of the platform by onboarding new companies and fostering relationships within the developer community

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, developer relations, or related fields
• Technical fluency to engage in discussions about toolchain architecture and runtime components
• Strong organizational skills to manage and track a large backlog effectively
• Proven initiative in identifying and acting on partnership opportunities
• Ability to thrive in a high-trust, high-ambiguity environment
