Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Technical Program Manager, responsible for driving cross-functional readiness activities for New Product Introductions and major product releases, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional product readiness activities, ensuring plans and dependencies are documented and tracked
• Build and maintain readiness plans and status updates to provide visibility into launch progress and risks
• Facilitate readiness meetings, capture action items, and support go/no-go readiness reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Project/Program Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or related roles in a software/SaaS environment
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product and Engineering teams
• Strong organizational and execution skills, including managing timelines and stakeholder communications
• Ability to synthesize information into clear status updates and action-oriented recommendations
