Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual obligations, the full-time Technical Program Manager will oversee the execution of customer lease terms and manage various data center functions while collaborating with internal and external teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and customer requirements across multiple data center functions
• Oversee service availability, compliance, and key performance indicators
• Drive business process innovation to enhance contract delivery capabilities through defined processes and automation

Required qualifications

• BA or BS in technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years' experience in data center colocation or IT infrastructure support
• Technical aptitude with an understanding of contract and lease terms
• Experience with data center builds, migrations, and installations
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar certification are preferred
