Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of technical project managers, the full-time Technical Program Manager will oversee the delivery of IT projects for Department of Defense and U.S. Navy customers, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage software development and technical support projects to meet delivery milestones and performance objectives
• Coordinate with the Program Manager to establish project management standards, methodologies, and quality processes
• Provide leadership to project managers and technical personnel, including mentoring and performance management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2-4 years of Government program experience, preferably with Department of Defense or Navy customers
• Demonstrated experience managing technical projects and cross-functional teams
• Security+ certification and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
• Prior experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline processes
