Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, working remotely or from one of the US hubs.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee flagship product performance metrics and AI feature performance, including load times and model inference latency
• Lead cross-organizational programs related to observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance teams to ensure optimal performance across various contexts

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and scalability testing, along with new-build performance comparisons
• Strong familiarity with web performance metrics such as FCP and LCP, as well as mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into automated pipelines
• Hands-on knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
