Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal performance and safe rollout of AI capabilities, while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, memory usage, and AI feature reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout strategies
• Oversee performance testing and diagnostics across various platforms, including desktop and mobile

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and scalability testing methodologies
• Familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Hands-on knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
