Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal performance and safe rollout remotely or from one of the US hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, memory usage, and AI feature reliability
• Collaborate across teams to implement observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout strategies
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to enhance product performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and performance testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD and test automation for performance integration
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
