Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will work remotely to prioritize initiatives, manage complex dependencies, and deliver insights to stakeholders while driving alignment across organizational ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead prioritization and develop integrated program plans that align cross-functional teams and technical leadership
• Identify, map, and manage complex dependencies to surface upstream and downstream impacts
• Deliver regular updates and insights to cross-functional leaders, ensuring transparency on progress and resource needs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in enterprise-scale technology environments
• Proven track record of engaging and influencing technical and cross-functional leadership
• Experience facilitating productive conflict and building consensus to accelerate decision-making
• Deep understanding of software development practices and DevOps and SRE principles
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and managing program landscapes
