Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal load times and reliability while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on flagship product performance and AI features across various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Oversee performance testing, diagnostics, and incident response to maintain optimal user experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and performance testing, as well as scalability testing
• In-depth knowledge of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
