Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, memory, and AI feature reliability across various platforms
• Implement observability and telemetry initiatives while preventing regression through performance CI
• Coordinate cross-organizational efforts for safe rollout of AI capabilities and customer engineering readiness

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with load, stress, and scalability testing methodologies
• Strong familiarity with web performance metrics, mobile profiling, and rendering performance
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into development pipelines
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
