Job Summary

Leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will operate remotely, managing dependencies, delivering updates, and driving alignment across organizational ecosystems in the DevOps and SRE team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead prioritization and develop integrated program plans that align cross-functional teams and technical leadership
• Identify, map, and manage complex dependencies while delivering business-ready updates to cross-functional leaders
• Drive resolution of bottlenecks and facilitate integrated planning sessions to optimize workflows and resource allocation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in enterprise-scale technology environments
• Proven track record of engaging and influencing technical and cross-functional leadership
• Experience identifying organizational trends and incorporating them into program planning and risk mitigation strategies
• Deep understanding of software development practices and DevOps principles
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across matrixed organizations
