Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focused on flagship product performance and AI features, including load times and model inference latency
• Oversee cross-organizational initiatives such as observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Coordinate with Product, Platform, Performance Program, and Product Support teams to ensure optimal performance outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with load, stress, and performance testing, alongside new-build comparisons
• Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD and test automation, particularly integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
