Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of Payments, Billing, and Account Linking infrastructure, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will manage the delivery of product launches, enhance customer experiences, and optimize payment systems for scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the payments and billing roadmap
• Drive improvements in bank account connectivity and enhance customer experiences across account linking and verification
• Develop strategies to leverage payment technologies and optimize the customer experience while preventing billing issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in Fintech with a track record of managing complex projects
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit/debit card mechanics
• Understanding of APIs, SQL, and payment processing mechanics
• Deep knowledge of account connectivity solutions and optimization techniques
• Expertise in data analysis to balance security and customer experience
