Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a critical initiative to build large-scale datasets for machine learning models, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage program execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee vendor relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Steward the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the dataset development program, including timelines and risk mitigation
• Act as the primary liaison between ML engineers, GIS engineers, technical artists, product stakeholders, and external annotation vendors
• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, quality assurance, and contract compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in AI/ML data annotation
• Fluency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with geospatial data types and formats is a plus
• Familiarity with database management or administration
