Job Summary

Seeking a Technical Program Manager on a temporary contract basis, the remote-friendly role will lead the planning and execution of complex cross-functional initiatives in the FinTech sector, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring completion on time and within scope
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals, driving effective execution
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans while identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, particularly in FinTech
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects in a startup environment
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC), software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Bachelor's degree
