Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on flagship product performance and AI features, ensuring optimal load times, FPS, and reliability
• Oversee cross-organizational initiatives related to observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines to enhance product performance and scalability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with load, stress, and performance testing methodologies
• Deep familiarity with web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and test automation
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning
