Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager for a remote contract position, responsible for supporting open source distributed applications and cloud migration initiatives while managing communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support open source distributed applications and cloud migration initiatives
• Manage meetings and facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders
• Oversee operational tasks including upgrades, maintenance windows, and ticketing

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an operations environment, including managing upgrades and maintenance
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage escalations
• Experience with ITSM, Kanban, and JIRA; familiarity with SNOW is relevant
• Understanding of software engineering, big data, and/or cloud technologies
• Excellent communication skills with strong organizational capabilities
