Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the Department of Commerce, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will lead complex technical initiatives by coordinating project planning and execution, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring cross-team alignment while managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial elements
• Translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and create clear documentation to support project initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and delivery practices while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical leadership role
• Knowledge and expertise in supporting enterprise programs and experience with Agile development methods
• Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework and experience with cloud data services
• U.S. Citizenship is required
