Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Technical Program Manager for AI Simulation, who will manage cross-functional operational leadership across a portfolio of technical programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment of priorities among various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the cross-vertical operating cadence for Chemical Simulation, ensuring on-time delivery to government stakeholders
• Own the source of truth for milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions across multiple programmatic areas, driving corrective action as needed
• Serve as the operational interface to government counterparts, translating technical progress into compliance-grade narratives and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years managing complex, multi-workstream technical programs in regulated environments
• Experience operating against U.S. Government program requirements and familiarity with compliance documentation
• Strong technical literacy across AI, scientific computing, or materials/chemistry programs
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills for translating technical details for non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred
