Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive new product implementation initiatives in a complex technical environment, the remote Technical Program Manager will manage end-to-end program delivery, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and develop strategic roadmaps while ensuring alignment with engineering and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document solutions and critical decisions, and create actionable project plans
• Develop strategic iterative roadmaps to communicate critical upcoming activities and sequencing to executives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of program or project management experience in telecom, cable, or broadband industries
• Proven success managing data migration efforts from legacy to modern platforms
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into actionable strategies for diverse audiences
• PMP or similar certification preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
