Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will manage complex projects within the Finance Transformation Team, focusing on systems access, onboarding processes, and collaboration between US and offshore teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technology and finance teams to manage systems access and create profiles for transitioned roles
• Oversee the onboarding process for offshore teams and ensure proper systems, access, and data controls are established
• Develop methodologies and procedures for financial reporting while supporting business operations and strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience
• Expertise in program and project management methods (waterfall & agile) with strong business acumen
• 8+ years of related experience
