Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal load times, reliability, and safe rollout of AI capabilities while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on flagship product metrics and AI feature performance
• Collaborate across teams to implement observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout strategies
• Oversee cross-organizational initiatives related to performance testing and incident response

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and performance testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
