Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the programmatic execution of complex technical initiatives, the remote Director, Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional programs focused on digital transformation, AI-driven automation, and customer support enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs that drive digital and platform transformation within the global Support organization
• Translate support requirements into technical specifications for internal tools and customer-facing features
• Manage the lifecycle of AI-powered workflow automations and predictive support models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership within a SaaS environment
• 5+ years of experience in people management or leading cross-functional project teams
• Experience with Generative AI architectures and API configurations
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Tableau
