Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting incident management and Azure infrastructure projects, the part-time Technical Program Manager will manage project schedules, interface with clients, and ensure cross-functional activities are completed on schedule and within budget in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with clients on technical matters from project initiation through delivery
• Provide program/project schedules and status reports while organizing cross-functional activities
• Create functional specifications and requirements to guide project implementation decisions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience with technical tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and ADO
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in data analysis and reporting
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in program management
• Proven ability to demonstrate proactive work and independent problem-solving
• Strong communication skills for leading meetings and collaborating with diverse teams
