Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of rack-level protection systems, the full-time Technical Program Manager will oversee the integration and lifecycle management of security technologies in data centers while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global strategy and technical roadmap for rack-level protection systems
• Lead the integration of security devices with monitoring solutions, utilizing automation to enhance reporting and alerting
• Oversee global deployments and manage vendor relationships to ensure standardized implementation and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Security, Information Systems, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in program or product management for critical infrastructure or physical security systems
• Hands-on expertise in deploying and maintaining rack-level security technologies and integrating with enterprise solutions
• Strong networking skills and a CCNP certification or equivalent
• Extensive vendor management experience, including contract negotiation and performance oversight
