Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning performance prevention and diagnostics for flagship products and next-gen AI features, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal load times, memory usage, and AI model reliability, with the flexibility to work remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee flagship product performance metrics and AI feature performance across various platforms
• Lead cross-organizational programs focused on observability, regression prevention, and safe rollout of AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Performance Program teams to enhance performance diagnostics and incident response

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, platform TPM, or SRE with a focus on SaaS products
• Proven expertise in load, stress, and performance testing methodologies
• Strong knowledge of web performance metrics and mobile profiling tools
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and capacity planning
