Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Technical Program Manager will deliver complex programs while managing multiple partners and stakeholders, demonstrating technical expertise in code review and program management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints while managing moderate-risk factors
• Lead strategic planning and complex issue resolution, interacting with executive-level management and ensuring effective communication
• Manage project scope, requirements gathering, budgeting, and progress reporting across multiple organizational levels

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management and software development
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of code (Python, JavaScript) and software engineering principles
• Experience delivering technology solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform environment
