Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading global infrastructure and operational programs, the remote Technical Program Manager will manage program plans and schedules, identify risks, and support cross-functional teams while promoting Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global infrastructure, compliance, and operational programs within the Program Management Team
• Develop and maintain program-level plans, roadmaps, and release schedules in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering leaders
• Identify, mitigate, and track risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of projects

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience supporting the delivery of technical engineering solutions in an enterprise organization
• Experience working with Cloud technologies, Infrastructure, and DevOps processes and tools
• Proven track record managing large Data Center and/or Software deployment programs from concept to delivery
• Solid understanding of security compliance and certifications like SOC2, ISO, and FedRAMP
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting data and reports to executive-level audiences
