Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of complex technical programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will drive modernization and improve software quality across various engineering teams while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering against multi-quarter objectives
• Utilize GenAI to enhance program execution, including risk tracking, decision-making, and workflow simplification
• Develop and mentor a small TPM team while directly overseeing high-risk and strategic programs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Significant experience leading large, cross-team technical programs in complex environments
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Strong technical fluency in platform and infrastructure domains, including distributed systems and APIs
• Experience in people leadership, including coaching and developing team capabilities
