Job Summary

Leading high-impact programs across AI Platform and Data Systems teams, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will manage program delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders while translating ambiguous mandates into structured, trackable initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own program delivery for AI initiatives, including scope definition, milestone planning, and stakeholder alignment
• Translate IT leadership mandates into structured programs with clear ownership and success criteria
• Maintain executive-ready status reporting and identify, escalate, and mitigate risks across programs

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of program or project management experience in complex, cross-functional technical initiatives
• Proven ability to build structured delivery from ambiguous early-stage ideas with measurable outcomes
• Strong experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships with effective communication
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI tools and an automation instinct applied to improve workflows
