Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise system transformation programs, the remote Technical Program Manager will drive end-to-end delivery across GTM systems while ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs across GTM and enterprise application ecosystems
• Drive delivery planning and execution across engineering, product, and business teams
• Manage program progress, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Technical Program Management with complex, multi-workstream programs
• Hands-on experience with GTM Systems (CRM, CPQ, ERP, Marketing Automation, Order-to-Cash)
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Solid understanding of SDLC, including requirements, development, testing/UAT, and release
• Proven ability in executive communication and stakeholder management
