Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the operational backbone of a high-velocity innovation program, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage the experimentation lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and facilitate the transition of validated technologies into scalable deployment within Stord's fulfillment network, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern the end-to-end experimentation pipeline, ensuring clearly defined hypotheses and measurable success criteria
• Serve as the primary integration point between the Stord Labs team and broader enterprise stakeholders, facilitating operational alignment and decision-making
• Develop structured deployment frameworks and operational playbooks to translate validated lab innovations into production environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or complex cross-functional delivery roles
• Demonstrated experience managing hardware/software integration programs in operational or logistics environments
• Strong domain knowledge of supply chain systems, warehouse automation, robotics integration, or fulfillment operations
• Proven experience leading vendor management processes, including RFPs and strategic partnership development
