Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the cross-functional delivery of the Legal Operating Intelligence System, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will coordinate complex initiatives across engineering, product, design, and operations while ensuring timely feature delivery and maintaining program infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the master program plan for LOIS feature development, ensuring transparency and updates on timelines and dependencies
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers and risks across multiple teams to maintain delivery momentum
• Establish and evolve coordination processes and communication norms to foster strong cross-team alignment

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent, delivering complex software across distributed teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-workstream programs under ambiguity and communicate effectively to technical and executive audiences
• Deep familiarity with software engineering practices, including system architecture and technical tradeoffs
• Proven experience in building coordination processes in environments lacking existing structures
• Strong experience with project and issue-tracking tools like Linear or Jira to enhance visibility of dependencies and progress
