Job Summary

Managing technical programs in a hybrid environment, the full-time Technical Program Manager will align project milestones with product requirements, facilitate agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project plans from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and alignment with program goals
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage dependencies to enhance team delivery execution and efficiency
• Communicate delivery status and trade-offs to stakeholders while mentoring junior team members on best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in technical program management
• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and SDLC practices
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to manage delivery for one or more teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
