Job Summary
Driving cross-functional alignment, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage technical programs that enhance customer self-service and internal support systems while working remotely with quarterly in-person sessions.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and improve technical programs related to customer self-service and AI-assisted discovery
- Translate complex knowledge taxonomies into clear technical specifications and execution plans
- Lead high-leverage initiatives such as workflow automation and knowledge system modernization
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or operational leadership in a complex environment
- Deep familiarity with modern information retrieval architectures and content management systems
- Strong understanding of knowledge management and workflow automation in operational or customer experience settings
- Proven ability to lead multi-team initiatives with clear accountability and measurable outcomes
- Experience translating operational strategies into technical requirements and tooling investments
