Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving cross-functional alignment, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage technical programs that enhance customer self-service and internal support systems while working remotely with quarterly in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and improve technical programs related to customer self-service and AI-assisted discovery
• Translate complex knowledge taxonomies into clear technical specifications and execution plans
• Lead high-leverage initiatives such as workflow automation and knowledge system modernization

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or operational leadership in a complex environment
• Deep familiarity with modern information retrieval architectures and content management systems
• Strong understanding of knowledge management and workflow automation in operational or customer experience settings
• Proven ability to lead multi-team initiatives with clear accountability and measurable outcomes
• Experience translating operational strategies into technical requirements and tooling investments
